Graphisoft's globally leading BIM products - like Archicad - are the most efficient and intuitive BIM software solutions available today. Subscriptions can be purchased through their webshop, thus the impeccable purchase flow is a must-have for Graphisoft and its customers. Our task was to extend the new webshop's featureset with properly implementing a reactivation flow in connection with the existing subscriptions. Using the existing codebase and adding new solutions the reactivation flow proved to be a worthy challenge.
The legacy and current webshop has a large and complex code base. Deeply understanding and getting to know its exact operations while also adding the reactivation flow using some of the old code proved to be an exciting challenge for our team.
By implementing the exact logic and design of the reactivation flow, the reactivation process is simple and clear for the customers. As a result of our well executed solution both Graphisoft and Digital Thinkers were satisfied with the project and partnership.
With the implementation of the reactivation flow's logic and design Graphisoft earned some long-term customers for itself.
