Context of the company
The Modern Medical Imaging Ltd. (KORKÉP) works to improve medical imaging care while simultaneously participating in clinical studies as an imaging facility. One of their long-term goals is to be able to continue working as an Imaging Core Lab in the future, based on their excellent professional performance, and so serve as a direct professional partner for pharmaceutical companies.
Goal of the project
The main objective of the project was to provide a solution that comprehensively understands and automates the process of conducting clinical trials. The application had to have standardized processes for a wide variety of clinical trial process cases: quotation, contracting, HR resource management, administration and finances.

Process and system optimization in clinical trials
By the end of the project, we created an application that fundamentally simplifies all administrative, HR and financial processes of clinical trials. We attribute our success to expert project preparation, both from business and technological perspectives.
